What exactly is the 28-Day Reset?

It's a 28-day program built specifically for women 40+ to reset your metabolism, rebuild lean muscle, and finally feel like yourself again. You'll train with us 3 times a week in 30-minute HIRT sessions designed for women navigating hormonal changes — not 25-year-olds with different bodies and different needs.

Who is this for?

Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who are tired of starting over. Whether you've never set foot in a gym or you've tried everything and nothing's worked, the Reset meets you where you are.

How long are the workouts?

Our HIRT sessions are only 30 minutes in length because this is optimal for busy women. Every session is coach-led, structured, and efficient. No wandering around a gym wondering what to do. You get in and get out.

What's the price?

We are a prescriptive based program. This means that we "prescribe" different levels of services for each client based on their goals and lifestyle. Like buying a car with different levels of options. So it is a little hard to say what your program will look like without a good chat. That said, most of our clients invest $6-$10/day for their program so you can expect something similar.

Why is there a $20 deposit?

Honestly? Because last time we offered a free program, half the women who signed up never showed up. The $20 isn't a fee — it's our way of making sure the women in your group are the ones who are actually going to be there with you. It's fully refundable... just show up :)

What if I miss workouts? Can I make them up?

You have 28 days from your first workout to hit 12 sessions. That gives you wiggle room for the bad weeks. Lots of flexibility for any busy schedule.

What happens after the 28 days?

You'll have a conversation with your coach about what's next. Most women love it enough that they stay on as members. The choice is yours, but one thing is guaranteed, you'll be feeling strong, energized, and like yourself again after the 28 days.

I haven't worked out in years. Is this for me?

Yes — most of our members are new to the gym or coming back after a long break. Every exercise has modifications, and your coach will walk you through them on day one. You'll never be the woman in the back wondering if you're doing it wrong.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Bad knees, sore shoulders, a back that's not what it used to be — we work with all of it. Modifications aren't an afterthought. They're built into the program.
